3. A simple copy of the certificate of incorporation, Trade License, or an extract of the commercial register should include the corporation’s name, address, date of incorporation, and objectives.

consulate in the country of the applicant:
A certificate of incorporation of the applicant company.
A certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies.
